Following are the fees during the academic year 2011-12 with the dual objectives of keeping the studies cost reasonable and providing top quality management education:

POST GRADUATE PROGRAMMES IN MANAGEMENT

Admission Fee : Rs. 10,000 payable at the time of acceptance of the offer of admission by the student for each Certificate Programme.

Academic Fee : Rs. 90,000 payable in two installments – Rs. 45,000 each at the beginning of Term-I and Term-II for every Certificate Programme.

The Service Tax, as per actuals, will be payable extra on the above fees.

MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)

Rs. 15,000 to be paid directly to Singhania University alongwith application and duly attested photocopies of grade sheets and certificates for all the four functional areas.

BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (BBA)

Admission Fee : Rs. 10,000 payable at the time of acceptance of the offer of admission by the student.

Academic Fee : Rs. 1,05,000 payable in three installments per year – Rs. 35,000 each at the beginning of Term-I, Term-II and Term-III of every year.

Degree Fee : Rs. 15,000 to be paid in favour of Singhania University.

The above fees do not include hostel (boarding & lodging charges which have been stated separately under “Hostel”), travel, educational tours, courses outside, clothing, laundry and other personal items.

The fees are payable for every Term latest by the first day of the Term, except the Admission Fee, which is payable as per the Selection Letter.

For BBA programme, we would be pleased to give 5% rebate to those students who make the payment of fees in one lot for the entire one year, 10% rebate for entire two years and 15% rebate for all three years.

All the fees and charges are to be paid only by demand draft or cheque in favour of “Aravali Institute of Management” payable at Jodhpur, except Degree Fee which is to be paid in favour of “Singhania University” payable at Narnaul (Haryana).

If the fees are not paid latest by the stipulated last date then the prescribed late fee will be charged for a month, after which the name of the concerned student will be struck off the Institute and/or hostel rolls, as the case may be.

We sincerely believe that doing things in time is one of the most important aspects of professional management. We have no other reason to charge the late fees except just to instill the importance of time in the students. As our alumni and existing students know, we put all these late fees in Students’ Welfare Fund, which is used for the various activities of the students like sports, cultural, picnic, classes outside, etc.

The fees once paid are non-refundable.

The AIM Management reserves the right to charge any other fees from the students or to change the rate of any fee components as may be necessary.
